I'm a bit worried about the firestorm and icestorm limits and how they interact with spell repeats like unleash and spell cascade.
I was planning on doing a self cast whispering ice build, but if those supports cause capping issues then I'll have to rethink what build I'm going with. |

Icestorm
This spell was 7 sequential expansions nerfed, while peoples were expecting it to be empowered, and you are nerfing it additionally, and expecting peoples to start spending again hundred of exalts on CI IS builds because what ?! PoE went absurdly curvature of nerf, nerf nerf, and then play one bit cool and neft. no fun at all. I was silenced for telling the name of USA president for 40 days.
I was silenced for stating "I am Jesus" for 5 days. Maybe it is time the deeds of the moderators to become public, so peoples understand that they hired a cheap mods which enforcing their "woke" agenda on players. |
