Nobody going to mention the obvious similarities between the frost shield and Frost's snow globe ability in Warframe? Charging it up with extra health, dealing more damage shooting from the inside? :D

I don't think this is a problem btw, seems more like a nod towards a competitor.

Or the singularity skill from D3?
Patch Notes 3.15:
Fixed a bug where players believed the game was playable. This has been corrected and made retroactive.
Patch Notes 3.19:
Fixed a bug where players adapted to 3.15. This bug cannot be corrected, so we have implemented a 90% reduction in item access as a punishment.
Well, I was going to play frostbolt ice nova and this seems perfect for that build.
Standing still and letting monsters get close to you in POE is almost certain death in almost all threatening content.

Nice try but you've spent the last 4 years making "facetanking" and more melee styles of play unrewarding, punitive and highly ill advised unless you like ripping frequently.

Every boss in the game murders you if you stand still for more than about 1.5 seconds, hell many of them murder you if you even stop for more than the time it takes to cast 1 or 2 spells, so something closer to 1 second.

maybe POE2 changes this, but these spells outside of Flamewall's offensive dmg buff and voidsphere's utility are trash.
Pandering to players who don't want consequences for their mistakes is a perfect description of what went fundamentally wrong with D3 and 4.

Hell ya brother!
Finally.. some new skills for an ARPG game, instead of agriculture-simulation and metal gear solid crap.

Looks awesome

Every time I bother to actually read a thread on these boards, I'm constantly dumbfounded by how toxicly sanctimonious so many people are - most who clearly don't know what they're talking about.
Firewall.... Haven't seen that since the classic Diablo game, nice that it's resurfaced.
Honestly only Void Sphere and Power Sigil seems interesting.

Void Sphere will be good in delve against azurite mobs to get rid of weta cold snap on death.

Power Sigil will be used on any lightning builds for even more bossing damage.

Rest of them looks lackluster.
Meh...

While they look cool and nice, noone plays as slow as on the videos. The actual game speed is so much faster.

To give any benefit at all those spells need to be instant. Because its no benefit at all, if you stop to cast a spell that kills the enemy, or stop to cast a spell that might prevent the enemy from killing you.
Id much rather just insta kill it like everyone else does.

Only difference maybe 100% delirius maps.

You do realize not everyone is a zoomer?
