How your hideout fits the theme: The gate having been long since sealed and the road overgrown, this abandoned lodgehouse is now only accessible by boat through the thick swamps below. The structure is still sound, and now that the exile has had it cleaned and refurbished, it's ready to serve as a comfortable base for them and their companions.
