I can search in the officiel trade site without any problems, so you will need to be more specific.
So post screenshots and URL.

I have the same problem too. It just says "fatal error" every time I try to search.

Again, GGG doesn't have ANYTHING to do with 3 party sites like poe.trade.
If you have problems with that site, then you will need to contact the owner of that site.

Again the officiel trade site provided by GGG is working fine without problems

Actually GGG provides APIs for 3rd party sites like shop indexers and others. Further they maintain whitelists for some sites, to allow faster access (https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2036957). So GGG has to do something with them, even if they don't run/maintain those sites/tools.

But you're absolutely right, poe.trade is the proper place to look out for support regarding this issue.
