I would say when your damage falls off and you have Uber lab unlocked so you get extra cast speed from ghost shrouds. Aberrant fossil spam and luck. I hit +1 gems and chaos dot multi 2 times in total in about 60 attempts. I flipped off the other one for 3.5 ex.
