Updated with new gear and tree. Recrafted helmet and boots, T1 life on rings/gloves, added overflowing Chalice flask
25M -> 30M Shaper DPS

Additional defences: Sand Stance, Fortify, Dodge, Wind Dancer, Perm Endurance Charges
Every single piece of gear was made from scratch using harvest and awakening orbs with the exception of helmet enchantment and Watcher's Eye Prismatic Jewel.

HI, do you mind adding a section where we should spend currency on first? I got a explody chest.. wanna make a character to do a delirious map T8 at least with 10ex investment.

Getting a wand with high pdps is the priority. You might want to consider dropping some currency to get a precrafted one. Crafting one yourself is basically free but hugely timegated by RNG. (Took me like a month of reforging with hellion seeds to obtain my prefixes)

The other thing you'll want to get is a helmet with the power siphon enchant. Just reforge until you get T1 life and then use viper seeds to get crit multi + max power charge.

Those are really the only 2 items with specific modifiers you'll want to buy, everything else you'll want to buy as base and then use harvest/influence orbs to craft for yourself otherwise you will be overpaying like 10x more than you need to. You don't need double influence for anything, but they are something to go for if you want to min/max.

Best way to level this? both in acts and mapping. What skill to use and leveling gear.

I used a Twyzel to level up along with some cheap wands on trade. It was pretty annoying to level up until I was able to use good jewelry as well as my main wand. So honestly I would just use whatever build is good to level up with and then respec after 70+ or so.

Can this do T16-T19 100% delirious maps?

Nice build, was thinking of doing something like this as my last build of the season, but having an Impale Bow Barrage Champion breaking 50mil DPS already kinda makes me think maybe I'll wait until next league.

Great job though, I bet it shreds A8 Conqs and Sirus.

What would be your suggested budget for a build like this outside of harvest league

How do you use kinetic blast and power siphon at the same time? In the video it seems like you use both of them at once, do you have some kind of trigger? Also how do you switched to barrage support without swapping gems?.

I dont think a build like this would play too well outside of harvest without a massive budget. Aside from impale mechanics, there's no special synergy or anything that helps the build, it simply relied on powerful gear to make it more viable endgame.

With a 400+ dps wand, you'd still want good jewelry and tailwind boots with high MS before it starts to 'feel good'
