Making 1 Handed Bleed Axe Cheap

If you have around 4-5ex (as little as 2ex) you can craft an end game usable axe, the following will be for a 1handed axe build, but you can do it with a 2hander the mods just change a bit. Grab a siege axe (or whatever base you prefer) that is elder influenced at Ilvl 83, Alt spam till you hit flaring, aug it and hit it with a regal, hope you end up with

Prefix

* Flaring

Suffix

* Anything that can be removed (no just physical/attack tag mod)
* Anything that can be removed (no just physical/attack tag mod)

Next you are going to craft on another Suffix so they are full. Then you are going to use the seed craft that lets you Add and Influence modifier to an item You are looking for any T2+ Eldritch (it adds a decent ammount of %phys and then some random gem skill which we don't care about) the other mod we are looking for is the 60/100% Elder Bleed mod, your chance to hit the Eldritch mod (%phys) first is much more likely, but after you hit one you will have a 50/50 chance to hit the bleed mod (the other choice being the poison one). If you hit the poison mod first, or second you can try to use Remove Influence mod add new (if you don't have those, you would have to wait till you did or start over). After that you should have Idealy (with T 1 rolls)

Prefix

* Flaring adds (20-27) to (41-49) Physical Damage
* Eldritch adds (127% -134%) physical Damage +some gem mod
* Eldritch 60% chance Bleeding deals 100% more Damage

Suffix

* Anything that can be removed (no just physical/attack tag mod)
* Anything that can be removed (no just physical/attack tag mod)
* Something you Crafted on



Next you will remove the suffix either through harvest (cheapest way) or crafting Prefix can't be changed and then scouring (this will waste 2ex). After You have an axe with three Prefix and Zero Suffixs. You then add Prefix can not be changed (Make sure this is on or you will ruin your prefixs). At this point you have a useable end game axe till you get the seed crafts to proceed. Next you want to get a bunch of add attack/remove attacks, or remove attack add new attack. This could take a while what you are looking for is any Increased damage with bleeding/Chance to bleed mod, there are three within that mod group (but a bunch of other possible attack suffix mod groups that could also hit) so it's up to you how much you want to spend to try to hit T1, hitting T3, will take time, but not much and the damage difference between t3 and t1 will be fairly small in the grand scheme of most content. After you land that on the axe you still have your original Prefix, and now the bleed mod and still you should have Prefix can't be changed. Now you will switch to Add/remove Physical Mod seeds. The Prefixs won't be altered because of the craft and the bleed mod is tagged attack and Bleed, so that will stay. What you are looking to hit is Culling strike against bleeding enemies you will have a 1 in 7 chance to hit this each time you slam a phys seed. Once you hit it you will bring the axe to the crafting bench to remove craft Prefix can't be changed, after that you will have.

Prefix

* Flaring adds (20-27) to (41-49) Physical Damage
* Eldritch adds (127% -134%) physical Damage +some gem mod
* Eldritch 60% chance Bleeding deals 100% more Damage

Suffix

* Of Exsanguination (41%-50%) Increased Bleed damage/Attacks have 30% chance to bleed
* Of the Elder Hits Cull bleeding enemy +(30-49%) Phys damage
* Crafted mod (maybe quality) or slam on speed if you need it.

After all that just start rolling flat physical and physical DoT Multi on your gear and you should be golden. This axe will cost the minimum of 2ex for the craft Prefix Cannot Be changed (pretty sure its 2ex) anyways the other 2-3ex comes from buying materials so there is a chance you can make this for as cheap as 2ex if you already have the mats lying around. The biggest thing is to land Flaring then aug, and the regal hitting another suffix that's easily removable.

Other steps you could add: Use Perfect fossils before you start to get 30% quality, when you have all three Prefix on divine them up with Harvest before you put on Prefix cannot be changed. Then before you pull Prefix Cannot be changed off, divine up the Two suffix. Use voraci to White socket them.

NOTE: Do not use Reforges after you hit Flaring, you will have to start over. Add/removes or Remove add new only. Reforges will eat your Prefix Cannot Be Changed craft. Other tip, if you hit flaring and you regal a Physical/Attack Suffix Try to remove it with seeds, it will be a 50/50 chance. If you remove it and you have Flaring still with another random easy to remove suffix I'd just slam with Life augs/remove till you hit a Life gained type suffix and then craft on the last one since life is easy to remove. If people want to know how to make other things cheaper let me know and I'd take a look.
