So now I will start crafting the amulet.
I plan to replace Maligaro gloves much later after harvest is gone, it's not something that needs to be done right now contray to some other item slots.
I still have 300 ex to craft the amulet.

I guess I should craft Onyx rather than Marble ?
I didn't look if there is some stat requirement that needs the + all attribute.
I plan to play low life for bossing but could switch CI later if I ever delve (and life regen "useless" for 1hp build).

About the amulet I saw you recommend Crit Multi, it seems to me Crit Chance is near as good because if you don't have "crit chance lucky" or enemy on consecrated ground then Crit chance gives higher DPS, while it's only 1.6% loss DPS in ideal conditions (under flask effect for you and on consecrated ground).
EDIT : Anyways I rolled T1 crit multi, now gambling for cold damage penetration.

Templar would be incredibly gimped due to lack of passive points. Scion is 9 extra passive points over Templar. It is a fine hardcore option due to how much tankier it is.

OP is using around 4-6 mirrors worth of gear at level 100 but is dishing out 2M DPS on Sirus and cannot fully tank anything.

you just linked a 20 minute video, ok I ll give it a go then.
At the first 20 seconds the damage is so low because it has no game footage at all actually, it is just the intro of the video. What else buffles you?

I'm asking why does the Sirus take so long to die?
3:35 takes ~15 seconds to DPS Sirus.
Last Phase Sirus has ~ 70M HP and the build is 100M DPS.

Well not all Siruses are good at math. Some Siruses are into art , other in sports, etc.
