Can you tell me why this is game breaking? you are spending multiple exalts for a fracture that can succeed only 25% in one try, and the resulting item is not game breaking either.

I said "quit the game" and not a single league. Meaning throw entire game in a trash can because of that. It's already a big waste of time playing it (unlocking Delve, Atlas, ect. all over again). There is simple nothing to gain. I'm not a streamer who are damned to play no matter what. I have the freedom just to leave. Every time GGG "fixes" or "nerfs" something. And yes, that's right i'm not playing Harvest already... GGG can be proud of themselves. Achievement unlocked.

I only started really playing during Metamorph so I'm not familiar with the Fractured mods whatsoever. What is the benefit of this exactly? I'm assuming fractured mods can't be wiped by anything or is there something else I'm missing here?

Your understanding is correct, a fractured mod can't be modified further (apparently unless its crafted in which case it can be removed, hence the bug occuring) I guess they never planned for this back when making Synthesis as fractured items always dropped pre-fractured.

Mostly its powerful for weapons I imagine, as high end armor w/o influence mods... well it just isn't high end without influence mods.

its not like we couldnt do that in the past ^^ in the past you could do t1 +4x master mods which was around 80-90% mirror tier even with the new fracture "system" it doesnt brake standard, but its helpful for league i guess
