[PS4] Common PS4 Client Crashes

I played since synth league. And enjoy’d the game very much, even tho, it crashed aswell back Then, it wasnt as unplayable as it is today.
I played most mmorpgs On Ps4, and have never encounted this type of carelessness from the guys behind the game. And at this point, it’s a wonder. That u havnet been removed from Psn by PlayStation support, and forced to playback. This is not entertainment. This is a SCAM! I’v crashed atleast 1 every 5 mins, running heist / maps or labs. And lost countless exalted/uniques/currency/replicas/marks and especially time wastes. I fell this is like a scam show. And will gladly accept a refund and NEVER return at this point. To new players. Dont play this game, not worth it! Regarts. The dissappointed Gamer. |

I normally crash or get disconnected every hour. Today I am crashing every 5 minutes. I can not play the game now. What changed in one day?

I'm also thinking of quitting the league. I can't run heists. In every 2nd one the client crashes I got tired of all of the loading screens too. Maaan all the lot I have lost while evading and client crash in the process...

Well... This League is done for me. Great Job GGG! Lost another loyal Fan right now.
Played 1 Hour today.... Crashed two times on top of the Cathedral before the Kitava Fight in Act 5. Yester 3 Times and in Heists. The first was as i walked through a Delirium Mirror (whyever it was there, i don't know). The Second time using Flamedash. I don't even try to do some Heists, because after the "Patch" i tried two green, and everyone froze and Crashed. I played since Release on Consoles, but never had this Pile of Shit League Problems. Seems it get's worse League after League. Except Harvest. This runned surprisingly smooth. GET YOUR F****NG GAME RUNNING CORRECTLY GGG!!!!!! Seriously. Or give us our Money Back or let us transfer it to PC!!! This can't be that damn hard as you tell us and hope we believe it. I don't believe a single word. Just Contact us, so we can give you our PC ACCOUNTS, and give uf this POINTS or MTX's. |

I'd like to give an update as it looks like its getting worse now on PSPRO. Last night i experienced for the first time with the game by console dying. The game crashed went to a blue screen as normal i then tried to reopen the game but then my ps4 crashed i had no signal to my tv but the console was still on and not doing anything. I waited 10 minutes and had to turn the power off at the wall socket. The same repeated itself this morning. So now it looks like I'm gambling on my console bricking if i carry on playing. At the moment the only other game i play constantly is Dead By Daylight and i have no issue's at all with this game. Maybe the best option is to pull the game from the store. And put your full force behind it. Can we please have a detailed explanation of what is going on? You are still taking money from people with the mtx store open knowing the game is in a unplayable state. Also once this is sorted we all need compensated at the least for the amount of time we have wasted. Please give us some feedback |

Additionally if we don't here a response soon or the issue is resolved i will be seeking for a refund from PlayStation and with he state the game is in i can't see them refusing. I've looked back at my transactions and i have spent £600.

" Did the same wit tera... The bad thing is, that it won't hurt them. If you are lucky you get your money back from sony, not GGG. In the case of tera, i have still my supporter-pack ingame in the mails, without any account- or payment-issues... If you do so, prepare yourself a little bit: go and write an email to GGG, and tell them to refund or to fix the game. Sony wants your supportticket-ID. And of course give them the link to all those threads. |

This morning I was running maps and crashed. Nothing new there but instead of blue screening it restarted my ps4 pro. Path of Exile corrupted my games database. So the ps4 rebuilt the database but now I have to rematch ALL of my games. WTF!!! Do you GGG even test this shit before you release it?

Can confirm My Ps4 pro has easily crashed over 10 - 15 times over the course of time that i've been playing it and i've used both the standard Ps pro hard drive and an ssd and the most recent crash restarted the console and rebuilt the database, shortly after starting combat in the normal Smuggler's Den Contract. This has the possibility to get into some very sketch territory if it does start bricking consoles. If it was me and I had to make a business decision i'd disable heist at the least until this is fixed. I may be a new player to this game but i've seen this kind of stuff before in other games. Not worth the risk until its fixed. I'm out. Hope you all get your game sorted because I like it but for now its not getting a recommendation from me.
