Unearth linked with Arcanist Brand does not cast at targets in range

Unearth linked with Arcanist Brand does not always cast at targets in range. Sometimes it does, but other times it shoots projectiles seemingly at max range.

It's hard to tell when lots of enemies on screen but when there's one enemy, like a boss, it's pretty easy to see.
