Resistance craft doesn't work

I have same issue with "Cold to fire" resistance craft.

got the same bug here. seed lvl 69 item level 60. fire > cold not working.

Same here. Peppehands cant rescap ;/

The following craft:

"Change a modifier that grants Fire Resistance into a similar-tier modifier that grants Cold resistance"

refused to apply on a shield that had +11% fire resistance. The error message was "no item mod of that type".

The shield is ilvl 85 and the seed craft is level 81.

Change lightning resistance to cold resistance does not work on this item:

I have tried several craft from several people with the highest craft level as possible. Something is wrong. Either the game does not recognize that the item has a lightning resistance or does not see another cold resistance to change to.

I hope you guys fix it because I want this upgrade so badly!

does this mean that you can't craft on items over 83 ilvl?!

or you need to upgrade zone with Watchstones to 86 for 86 ilvl crafts?!
