I also have this same issue. Even after running "packcheck" two times: " PS F:\Path of Exile> .\packcheck Checking pack file Content.ggpk... /Art/Textures/Environment/desert/Shore/Rocks_tmdlcgao_colour.dds hash isn't in sync. Repaired. /Art/Textures/Environment/desert/Shore hash isn't in sync. Repaired. /Art/Textures/Environment/desert hash isn't in sync. Repaired. /Art/Textures/Environment hash isn't in sync. Repaired. /Art/Textures hash isn't in sync. Repaired. /Art hash isn't in sync. Repaired. Done. PS F:\Path of Exile> .\packcheck Checking pack file Content.ggpk... Done. All file hashes are in sync. The download failed with " Error: Failed writing received data to disk/application while downloading http://patchcdn.pathofexile.com/3.11.0.2.3/Art/Textures/Environment/desert/Shore/Rocks_tmdlcgao_colour.dds ;-( Edit: I think (as a software developer) that the content file on the patch server is broken...
