how do you get a 45% reduced mana reservation Circle of Anguish? Didn't the patch notes say it's been nerfed to 15-20%?

it's still his 3.10 stuff. I suppose this will be upgraded during league. Need 2 circle 20% + 20% life/mana quality wich will give the same, or take the Spell slinger mana reserve lab enchant

Keep in mind, that you ONLY need that in the case you wanna jump into the #5 iteration of the build with VD/DD.

Otherwise, you need no mana reservation.

I loaded the budget 3.11 PoB you updated a few moments ago and saw this. Without the mana reservation mod, we get negative mana reservations without using DD

Maybe something went wrong when loading it? It shows mana left in my screen. Ill check again.


EDIT: I just double checked again. Tested every tree from the 1st to level 100 one, and there is mana unreserved in all of them. Not sure what went wrong from your side!
