Content Update 3.11.0 -- Path of Exile: Harvest
too many nerfs, not enough buffs on sub-optimal skills/Gems/Weapons to bring everything more in-line with what stood a chance to clear end-game content with a TON of investment. Isn't the whole point of balance to do just that? Bring other stuff up instead of down when end-game content calls for everything to be increased to match their buffs and juiced-up mods+ Juiced Map mods? I really am flabbergasted.

Maybe it was just a dream, but I vaguely remember reading something that said desecrate would be getting +2 to the maximum corpse limit, bringing it up from the previous corpse limit of 10. Is this still planned? Was this ever planned at all? I just want some confirmation if possible.

Please, whoever is in charge of balancing the game should be fired, it's getting worse every league. First they add flat phys to some skills to balance less around items now this, they nerfed doomfletch because of the herald of purity now they change it. Fevered Mind: No longer increases the Mana cost of skills by 50%. No longer grants 30-40% increased Spell Damage. Now causes Notable Passive Skills in radius to be transformed to instead grant 10% increased Mana cost of skills and 20% increased Spell Damage. Now has a Small radius. It is now also limited to 1
Voidbringer: No longer increases the mana cost of skills by 40-80%. Now grants +40-80 to the mana cost of skills instead. Thanks GGG for ruining heavy hitting spell builds while attempting to buff heavy hitting 2H builds. Real fun. Awesome. Couldn't have just targeted the brands thing harder could you? no I didn't think so |
