Cloak is 10/10. I wish we could get a pet or something instead of foot prints every league though. 36 requires you to hate yourself so I won't even get my hopes for the portal

Like, legit, this Harvest cloak looks extraordinarily good, better than even the Betrayal and Harbinger cloaks and those looked amazing too. So, a portal.
Not a weapon skin, not a map device skin, not a character portrait... nothing unique and interesting. These are free ideas by the way, people would engage in the content for this stuff. (2-3-2019) Buff underused skills (3.23?!)+ selfcast, stop nerfing defense, build in threshold jewels (3.23?!), implement D3-style looting, add death log + MTX preview, actually rework flasks, stop balancing around the .01%, unnerf Harvest, ADD NEW WAYS TO LEVEL, finally implement Loot 2.0
