So how party play will looks like in harvest? Only atlas owner will get seeds?
In order to get rid of clearspeed meta cap global movement speed at 100% but make all skills instant so everything feels great.

YES DELERIUM IS GONEEEEEEEEE i can finally come back to POE sorry but i was not a fan of that league. Hyped for POE FARMVILLE DOEEE

I look forward to this league. It's not as much of a "gotta go fast or lose out" league as many have been and we have a greater degree of control over crafting outcomes.
Now that prestige classes will finally leave lab in 4.0, will GGG get it right this time or will they find new ways to repeat old mistakes?

At what point will the league mechanic be updated to drop loot? I need to know when to actually start using the mechanic.
