Got a 6L and shit, currently my chest is a 3L of the Second Wind-Dash-Enduring Cry, is there anything else that could benefit much from being added in the last 2 slots or just chuck some TRs in to level and vaal?

Hey, so i'm checking my PoB i have about 1.5 M dot dps with 5 overlapping pods , i go up to 2/2.5 M dps if i change amulet/gloves to dot multi / +1 dex gems. Yet i feel like i do zDPS on t14-16 rares/unique mobs, i did sirus aw5 yesterday, it took me 15 minute to actually kill him. Is there something wrong in my setup ? 1.5 M should be already plenty good to clear t16 right ?
This is the pob with the "fake setup" i don't have the gloves and amulet yet, i rare basic rare hp/resistances, it make me wonder if i ever should invest, since i do basically no damage on rares adds : https://pastebin.com/THeFexdN |

I saw in pob that the glorious vanity timeless jewel has +3 to max fire, cold, and lightning res, but when I searched these mods in trade, they were unavailable or basically, they don't exist. How/Why is this? Where do these mods come from?

" You are configuring with a normal monster dps, and I don't know where did your -20 chaos resistance came from either. Additionally, your resistance aren't even capped out too. I've put your stats into the calculator, and you can clearly see what's the reason that is causing your damage to be low  That is WITH 10 WITHER STACKS What if your wither stacks aren't there? Hey guys, need advise.
I was lucky and got this amazing quiver drop Im thinking of removing the critical strike multiplier and crafting attack speed, and I would have at less 1 free prefix. Yesterday I got a Warlord's exalted orb, from which I could get, extra arrow or even increase area of effect. how u get that less mana reservation? when i link flesh and stone, skitterbots, malevolence with an enlighten 4, i have 96% mana reservation, you have on the PoB 31% unserved Mana? i didnt find any reduced mana on your gear or the skil tree ...
