The upper end of the build can if you advance it enough. Multiple people posted videos in the thread this league of Simulacrum completions.
40/40 (lvl 100) with this build. ty

fabulous!! Congrats on your 40/40!

And you are welcome, it was my pleasure. It is great to see people succeed on this fun build.

I am still chewing my nails on whether we will survive a nerf in 3.18. It looks like Determination will not be nerfed so we just need to sweat out the shield (and maybe brittle for those using the Leadership Price version).
Thanks!

haven't had the time to read. where will be get hit with the nerf? still want to runs this again next league.

We don't quite know yet.

Items that may get nerfed are brittle and the Aegis shield. We won't know for sure until patch notes.

If brittle gets whacked, we can just remove the leadership price version. The shield nerf, if it comes, we will have to monitor. If they nerf it to 1% recovery, which is my guess, we might still be viable.

If brittle is nerfed, at what point does it become not worthwhile to run crit version anymore? Not having to use price of leadership opens up the amulet slot for lots of options.

Also we use stampede to counter the vines, but remind me if flame dash breaks vines (I seem to remember it does)? If so and you can tolerate the vines, then the unique boots Legacy of Fury drops scorched ground (increased effect) and adds burn damage to help clear (on top of, or replaces, herald of ash). A good rare can give a lot of benefits (elusive/tailwind) and help with resist/stats capping

I would have to check POB if or when brittle gets nerfed to see but instinct tells me any nerf that lowers our crit chance below the ~80% range, would make things worse than the EO version. Brittle is so good because it gives us an easy way to get to 100% crit chance.

Yes, Flame Dash breaks all vines instantly. I have no idea how it would feel to play with out the Stampede boots. They not only make moving easier, they give us the second anointment. This is something that is easy enough to test though for anyone that still has an active Incin character. Just swap the boots for anything else and run a T1 map and see how movement feels. Don't even worry about any other stats on the boots for the test to make it easy. I don't have an Incin character so I can't test this.

hi, did a test with the fury boots, frostblink, had to swap nimbleness for anointed flesh to have the +1 resists. did a t16 map and a simulacrum. in sim, dps was excellent, completed all 30 waves, on the map, had to get used to start moving with frostblink. it is not as bad as it sounds:)
