Best boots for EK/Spark atm? Are they mirror worthy?

Hey crafted those boots and got told they might be mirror worthy.

I think there are better Lab enchants but those are frickin' nice boots nonetheless.

Nice boots but for mirror worthy you would need a better base (two tones dont matter for herald builds) and probably 35% ms

Cold and lightning res wud been nice for nebulis.

Nebulis gives dmg for cold and lightning res above 75.
So 12+12 res implicit would equal 216 cold+ 216 light dmg. Or am i wrong? |

It's actual res not overcapped :)

So it makes a difference If you are at 150 or 162. |

If you knew it upfront, you might have Just explained the difference and that its capped at your max res (which is 90)
