Unplayable game

Since november the game performance continued to get worse and worse.
First it started to crash to the server selection, while loading, after i tried to start playing with any of my characters; i had to try launching the caracter lots of times to succeed in getting into the game. Than it started(after all this passage)to dont show the model of my character in game and lagging a lot, leading to another crash(at90% of the times). Than, if everything went right the game lagged while playing and stutter at the most important moments of the gameplay(like bosses for example). If all of this Is not much, since a month or so the game got worse, untill compleatly destroying the experience: very High lag even in the server selection and character selection screens, entered in the game itself my character almost stops moving for the lag(or fps drop, i dont know how u wanna call It), and then after stopping the whole game, it obviusly crashes. The game its unplayable, i tried everything i found in the forum here, but nothing solves my problem, its almost impossible ti found a solution. Im feeling very bad considering this Is my second most loved game and knowing i spent lots of money in it, It sorta feels like a Insult to the player base and a backstab to me, despite i dont like being so rude, i feel very bad for my issue. Anyway sry if i seemed offensive, It wasnt my porpouse. " So what info is given when you crash --> - Error on the screen? - Error in client.txt file? - Error in Windows logs ? Also GGG needs a full DXDiag report so please post that using pastebin URL. Your connection between your PC and GGG servers also needs to be confirmed, so please post a 500+ packet WinMTR report again using pastebin URL. |

" Yep links are fine. One of the problems are properly that your laptop can no longer handle the load of PoE. Also are you using a WIFI connection because your WinMTR show latency spikes up to 104 ms between your laptop and your router/modem. If yes, then you will need to change to a cable connection. When trafic hits your ISP network, the latency spikes get much worse with latency spikes to 359 ms. So this you will have to talk to your ISP about. Your laptop is properly no longer powerfull enough to run the game but maybe some tweaks can be made to your PoE setting. As a minimum it looks like it doesn't have a SSD and only 8 GB ram...... Please post your PoE Graphics and Sound settings. |
