Do u think tóxic rain is better for bosses than scourge arrow?
And scourge is better to clear

I was sure the mana cost of a precision increases with level the same way if the levels were gotten from the skill gem or from other sources. Am I wrong about that?

hi, I'm wondering if anyone can help me understand crafting with this item.

I tried to augment attack via harvest craft for the Socketed Attacks have -15 to Total Mana Cost mod, but it said no valid crafts even though there is an open suffix.

Craft of exile says the mod should be a attack craft.

It depends on the battlefield dynamic. Scourge Arrow would have higher ceiling because its practical DPS scales with APS. In theory if you have hypothetically high enough APS, you can 5-stage SA by just tapping the button.

(Poison) Toxic Rain also has high DPS ceiling. The only issue that would make poison TR's DPS inferior to SA's is the battlefield dynamic, including the target mobility. TR requires a stationary phase that renders your character vulnerable. If the targets have very high burst damage, you would need to be on the move most of the time, i.e. cannot shoot TR. Likewise if the arena has multiple deadly ground DoT. Such burst damages would come from the Uber Elder, T19 100% deli mobs, or from the T4 harvest bosses inside Deli mist. In addition, if the target is constantly moving, TR may miss while SA would have better chance to hit thanks to its omnidirectionally emitted thorn arrows, hence the latter would deal more damage than the former in such a case.

You can have a look at my footage of an encounter against multiple T4 harvest bosses inside the Deli. In this video, standing still shooting TR would get me killed, so I gotta switch to SA for more mobility.

That being said, I did specifically aim for a 20% Reduced Flask Charges used mod on my belt to facilitate this, as otherwise Cinderswallow is a 1 use wonder.

Yeah, the 20% reduced flask charges is very useful. It is recommended as the first priority mod for the belt in the guide and PoBs since the beginning.

Hey just wanna say that this is the best build I have ever play. My first time I have ever do all content is with this build( First time 8awk, 8awk Sirus, Uber, Elder, Uber Elder, full juice map,...). I think it mostly because of the tankiness ( and you can do all map mod) that I can make it so far.

When I first kill shaper it took me so long(and die many time because of that dot cold on the ground) and I though I can only go so far . However, after I switch to a body with socketed attack -15 mana, I changed cinder to dying sun for addition dot multi in the quiver, I breezed through all content.
