Chilling Presence Cluster Notable no longer working

I hope this gets fixed asap. Ive put in a lot of time and effort for a build that badly requires chilling presence. ;( i had to stop playing for a while because i was so disapointed when i found out it wasnt working.


But i still have my faith in you guys! Fix this please so i can play again....

I just wanted to bump this thread. It definitely does not work. It's a core component of a build i'm working on which will survive without it, but i'd like to have it working soon if possible.

Almost 15 days later and not patched yet..
