You know, as buggy as hell bethesda's fallout 4 was/is, it still managed to perform better than PoE.

I know in my case because I'm still not running it on solid state I basically have to wait at least 15s AFTER loading into a map just for textures and miscellaneous resources to load - and even then it's not always enough.

I'd probably be replaying me3 right now if I didn't dread all the other busy work outside of the actual combat missions.
Yep, totally over league play.
I thought it was going to be a picture of an ATM.
Vote +1 to change Path of Exile to Path of Nerfs.
We hate to say, but ProjectPT was right.
LOL... thanks for the humor in the face of the nightmare of COVID-19. I usually dismiss your posting drivel but that's a humorous pic in light of my own quest this year to beat the beast of the PoE game engine and achieve high framerates, and I finally did succeed with a near dirt cheap gaming rig. I got my Dell T3610 for only $105 USD (a super lucky steal on Ebay) and the 8 core cpu cost me $127 USD. The rest of it (the Nvidia 1060 AMP! gpu, NVMe SSD, Logitech gaming keyboard and mouse) were all Christmas gifts. Hell, even my LG widescreen (2560 x 1080) monitor was free because it showed up on my doorstep, I hadn't ordered it, and the seller never sent me a pre-paid shipping label so after 90 days I got to keep it. Here's a few screen shots that prove that PoE will play well on a budget gaming rig if you get the right hardware combo and latest Windows 10 Pro:

Spoiler

The FPS meter is mostly pegged at 200 fps... amazing! Always got fps crashes on a 4 core cpu and Windows 7.

The FPS meter is averaging around 150 fps in Oriath with all the other exile's bling.

Rock solid 200 fps in my hideout (used to be < 60 fps until I got an 8 core cpu and upgraded to Windows 10 Pro version 1909).

Another map with > 150 fps most of the time and hitting 200 fps with a mob pack. Amazing what a simple upgrade to an 8 core cpu can do for performance. For details read here.

Necessity may be the mother of invention, but poor QoP in PoE is the father of frustration.
