i have changed few items added skyforth and still not enough i die in higher maps,also how do you have so much dmg? i only got like 3.3 mil compared to 17mil of yours lol

Drop Quick Recovery for Arcane Potency, take another side of Doom Cast wheel and Anihilation. This build have a nice scaling with Crit multi. For full damage calculation in POB's configuration enter `2 brand attached to enemy`. I highly recommend taking Ghost Reaver for sweet ES leech. You need ~91 lvl for build to feel very good imo.
The 17 mln dps OP has, comes from dropping Sancuary of Thought while using Watcher's Eye with Mana as ES conversion.

Regardless I've changed tree somewhat myself for better survivability and alocating strength nodes, loosening stats required on gear, which cost me some damage.

I've been looking at your POB where you got 17m shaper dps, do you mind taking a look at mine to see if im doing something wrong?

Even with Nimbleness once I get lv95, and a new Wand with more crit, heartseeker on neck etc i seem to end up with like 15m dps. Where am I looking wrong?

You may be out damaging me! POB: https://pastebin.com/4EDc6kJu. Added nearby enemies take 20% increased and 10% more to your amulet. These are for sign of purpose and arcane capacitor respectively. Most people don't use POB fork so I had to find a place to stick these.

Can someone explain why we shouldnt use Mind over matter in this
build? With 10k Mana it should make use pretty more tanky imo?

MoM works for life, we dont get hit on our Life Pool. "MoM has no effect for our build"

Playing this build and loving it, only problem I have is I get one shot out of now where and cant tell what is doing it. many happens in Simulacrum around wave 16 up.

I'm experimenting with Block using Lethal Pride for better survivability - 75% attack block + 60% spell block should be fine. Ofc I lost some damage, but 3.6mln is not that bad.

After getting Watcher's Eye with ES from mana, droping Sanctuary of Thought will give me enough dps anyway.
