I think it's hard to price specific enchants on a rare helmet like that, there isn't one for sale on Poe.trade when I looked earlier. It probably comes down to negotiation, how much the buyer wants it vs how badly the seller wants to sell it. But like said before I'm no market expert.

The helmet is 26c, the enchantment is 5c. You might sell it for 50c, because not that many are available
