Seeker Runes, Broken Brand Range, Needs Cap: OP Archmage Storm Brander

After 2 long weeks of testing and min-maxing, seeker runes is as clearly overpowered as it reads. Currently, there is no cap in how many you can stack. I can offscreen from center sarn to most spawn points moments after pressing brand recall.

Stormbrand + Archmage + Conc + Awakened Ele Focus + Awakened Ctr D + Awakened Chain:

Max DPS comes at a price of defense, but Arcane Cloak adds 4k eHP.


The build centers on stacking 2 clusters (4x seeker runes). I found that 3 clusters is too much of a sacrifice in eHP and raw damage, but I did test 3 clusters (6x seeker runes). 4 seeker runes means: 60% increased brand attachment range PER SECOND. No CAP currently. Base brand attachment range is about 30-35 unit radius.

Seeker runes is found on medium cluster jewels with the brand damage enchant.
Large cluster jewels also synergize well, and provide Supercharge and Scintillating Idea, both amazing damage buffs that feed archmage.

I've tested both level 33 spell bow (Varga's hypnotic wind) and dual wield stat sticks with ele as extra chaos mods.

Strengths:
+ Superior range.
+ Offscreen, no aim required, 360 snipe.
+ Punishes ES builds hard.

Weaknesses:
- Cannot kill tanks period.
- Inherent cap in storm brand dps as you can only stack 2 brands per target, and no shotgun even with brand recall. Maybe armageddon brand would work with a brand-recall shotgun.
- Countered easily with 100% lightning conversion talismans for CI/ES characters.
- Cannot even come close to denting divine flesh life tanks.
