Skill Effects Sale and the Heartseeker Armour Set

First GGG says they are ahead of schedule on patch 3.10.0 (Delirium) yet 2 weeks into it we get a huge 3.10.1 patch to fix a slew of problems/bugs that should have been tested and debugged out before release if GGG was really ahead of the development curve this challenge league cycle. Now GGG states a huge Skill Effects sale with "over 200 skill effects" yet I double counted the list they put up and only got 198. GGG and their one-trick pony PoE arpg is past it's prime and isn't aging very well.

Armour skin is nice but not really my thing. It's nice to see the skill effects on sale again and I'm not even mad I just bought one a couple days before. That said, the only skill effect I'm looking for right now is a spectral throw sawblade effect. Hopefully you can make that happen soon. I probably wouldn't even wait for the sale as long as you keep it at/under 120 points.
