i did everything the right way and i didn't get the key. i used the link provided by ggg and created new alienware account. but only reward i have is the path of exile badge and i have no keys. someone said that alienware is out of keys for the mtx. but i can't find where it says that they are out of keys. Well, like I said, due to the issues earlier, which I got resolved, I do have a spare code. It should work. The first person who quotes this I'll PM it to.
