Arakaali's Fang not working w/ Speaker's Wreath

Enemies killed after being reduced to the minimum possible life due to Speaker's Wreath will not trigger "Raise Spiders" if killed.

How to replicate the issue:

- Speaker's Wreath is equipped
- Triad Grip equipped (GGGB colours)
- Used Ethereal Knives
- Used Animate Weapon in the blades on the floor
- Let Animated Weapons hit enemies until they have they are seemingly at 1 health and frozen due to the hits
- Use Ethereal Knives on the 1 hp enemies
- No spiders spawn

Tried killed the enemies with Desecrate and this has not triggered the spiders either.

Interestingly, if the enemies are killed with the Default Attack, the spiders will spawn as expected.

If enemies are not brought down to 1 hp by minion damage, then the kills with either EK or Desecrate work as intended, causing spiders to spawn
