Help! Cant play the game because of huge fps loss

Hi,
maybe someone can help me. I cant play the game, even on 800x600 Resolution its lagging like hell. Its not the I-Connection. This is stable. My Pc-Specs: i5 6600k geforce gtx 1060 6GB SSD 1 TB 4k Monitor, 60Hz 16Gb Ram I have fresh win 10. Newest geforce drive. Ingame Layout off in Steam and Geforce Experience. Everything off in the background Cortana off in the system. Windows Cloud uninstalled. Windows tipps off I dont know what i can do to play the game in 60fps... Even worse if i go threw the new Delirium Portal. 1-2 Sek laggs. If i fight enemys the laggs become worse and most of the time i die. Does someone had the same Problem and found a Solution? Pls Help! open your Nvidia control panel and check under "manage 3D settings" that you power management mode is set to "prefer maximum performance"
check both, global settings and for Path of Exile_64.exe (not for path of exile.exe) i had huge issues too and literally spend 5 hours to try everything before i facepalmed and saw my massive UE (user error) xD d:-D*

its the worst league ever when it comes to performances.

It's amazing how performance got worse compared to what it was pre-patch. It's like playing a totally unprepared PUBG early access.
Normal maps/areas lag and stutter. Pop delirium portal - goes from 90fps to 24fps every 2 seconds. Can't they test it on more than a few PCs before the release? Playing maps is absolutely terrible right now. I can't even begin to imagine how laggy it will be in Sirus fight. I'm disappointed. Don't think I will play much this league.
