Hi, thanks I've ended up fixing what you mentioned, and updated my build somewhat (getting someone with a dominus militant gem took quite a while). So if I'm following your guide correctly, the next big upgrades would be the cluster gems correct, or should it be cinderswallow? Another thing that I;m struggling with is the occasional one shots.
Comparing your PoB and mine it seems the biggest difference defense wise is I am missing a lot of evasions, which seems to need to be found on gear. Is there anything else defensive wise I am overlooking?

Firstly, atziri promise has to go, brutality support blocks all other form of damage source other than phys. Likewise for taste of hate, 2 wasted flask slot there

Stibnite flask isnt as strong as quartz or jade flask, higher uptime but its not as potent in this situation

Ill do life, quartz, quicksilver as our staple base 100% guaranteed must have

The next 2 is really depending on what you are looking for, interms of raw damage, cinderswallow is good, especially if you can get a tiny bit of flat added fire damage from rings or amulet.

The last one would be either defensive, or if you can afford eventually, a bottled faith. Defensive means we go for either jade flask or basalt flask

End of the day, stibnite flasks are only good if you have included a jade flask in your set up. Also, we have flesh and stone, its like a portal smoke cloud we bring around that blinds everything around us


Honestly, your life pool is a little too low for comfort, might have to do with your tree or something, but you need to have at least 5.8k life on a tree before swapping into the acrobatics tree(which drastically increase survivability, but you need a minimum of 5.3k-5.5k life here)

Cinderswallow is strong for this build, but not game breaking, because we use life gain on hit rings(you only got 1)

Did not know that was how the skills interacted, much thanks! Is the reason cinderswallow good for damage due to the "Enemies Ignited by you during Flask Effect take 10% increased Damage"? Then I should put off purchasing one if I am still unable to add fire on hit. Also if I could ask for a clarification, you are referring to the "Adds # fire damage to attacks" mod?

One other question, for auras, which is more beneficial, pride or war banner? Still leveling up my enlighten.

My life is low mostly due to me still being pretty poor, and most of my life mods on my gear are T2. So good to know that I just need to focus on upgrading my gear for more life while eventually working towards acrobatics.

Aside from general more life on gear, what would be the most important to upgrade: awakened aoe, getting second life on spell hit ring, increased aoe on poets, cinderswallow? Just hit t16 and the bosses are getting alot harder to take down.

Cinderswallow is pretty much 1 of the god tier flask imo. For defenses, it gives us life gain on kill up to 3%, this helps us not die in mapping drastically. For damage, it gives us onslaught, thats 20% increased attack speed and also if you have a tiny bit of fire damage, it ignites them and make them take 10% increased damage(this is a modifier on them, not you). For survivability, 20% movement speed is great

In terms of which is more beneficial, pride gives us more damage, if you are mana starved this might not be the better aura. We want to run pride/war banner if you can reduce barrage mana cost with the -mana cost craft

Most important upgrade depends on your current situation, what are you mostly lacking in currently and what you want to improve on immediately

At your stage, ill go with power charge on crit over increased aoe gem(non awakened, it does not give any damage multiplier, pretty bad)

You are over leveling precision too, we dont wanna level it too much making us have to make a choice between war banner and pride

CWDT immortal call does not help, it gives damage mitigation only after we took a huge chunk of damage, effectively its not as strong as a steel skin

Your pob skill tree is still a mess, you did not take arcane potency

The thing I want to improve the most right now is boss kill speed. While very squishy, I'm not at the point where I am getting one shot yet, and with constant movement I can survive most boss fights for maybe 1 to 2 minutes.

Thank you for pointing out I didn't allocate arcane potency, My eyes are stupid (hence my username).

After making a 20 quality flame dash, I actually made it so that I can fit that lvl 18 precision + pride + war banner. Since the move speed is so fast I barely use flame dash except to proc arcane surge I am considering just keeping flame dash at a low lvl to be able to fit in all 3 auras.

I was stupid about cdwt+IC, have stiwched over to steel skin.

One final question, does it matter where the fire dmg comes from for cinder swallow? For example if I had a mod that says +fire dmg on spells would it also work, or does it have to be fired dmg on attack? (apologies for the noob questions, still fairly new to this game, and the wiki can be a bit hard to understand for me)

Do you ever run increased AoE with bladefall while mapping? because my coverage isn't anywhere close to yours and it takes awhile to clear compared to your videos =(

Wouldnt worry about the clear for now, once you get your power charge ascendancy and mist walker, the damage and coverage would be pretty good. I dont really want to run a gem swap here and i dont find it necessary

What exactly is the importance of having cool down on the belt? Is it just for dash?

Cooldown recovery is extremely important for most triger based builds because it reduces the trigger's cooldown, therefore increasing the rate of trigger and dps

We use it mainly for our coc set up where we can fully utilize the trigger cooldown
