Only thing you are missing in standard are cluster jewels. Everything else is available. I made the char from the showcase video in standard.

Just buy the rings.

You need black, purple and silver oil.
Go to NPC Cassia and anoint amulet with those oils.

Can you provide a POB link so that we can take a look?
One thing to make sure is that you are comparing apples to apples.
1) if you are using regular POB, you must use the Kaom's Heart work around to get an accurate DPS calculation
2) if you are using the fork (which everyone should be) you have to remember to remove the work around from the Build Guide's POB link, else that damage will appear way too high in his POB link.

1.) Amulet anointment will give instant warcry so you can put it on left mouse and it will spam it while moving or just holding the button. It's not cluster jewels.
2)yeah, get crit later. Cinderswallow is fantastic flask overall.

I got confused on the instant cast warcry because it was listed as pro under the Cluster Jewel POB section so I mistakenly assumed it was something in the jewels that enabled this.
Pros:
+independent Rage generation, you can stand in your hideout and have 50 Rage. This is massive and fixes the issue of long pauses in Sirus fight where you would lose all rage
+autocast Warcry, massive QoL
+instant 25% life and mana recovery when you use Warcry, this is big +
+easier Lab
+more durable
+Endurance charges
