Energy Shield recovery is nerfed. Other than that its fine. You can use Damage on Full Life support.

With all due of respect, sir, it's not. For proper work of Damage on full life your life must be permanently on 100%, after nerf it's not permanent - it's jumping around.

Hi, at level 30-35 when you finish quest "A Fixture of Fate" quest in Act 3 buy Frost Blades from NPC Siosa and continue leveling with dual wielding swords, until you get your first Oni-Goroshi and swap to Infernal Blow.

So switch to Frost Blades. Get 2 swords and farm Chaos orbs to buy Oni-Goroshi.
Usually the cheapest way to get Oni is buying Divination cards "Rebirth".
Each card costs 2c. Full set needs 27 cards so 54 Chaos orbs for 1 sword.

Thanks! I also was wondering about the anoints and wondering would Hematophagy be a good choice for the extra damage and total max recovery or do you find Disciple of the Unyielding just performs better?

Fun build BTW! Spent the first day farming 2 oni goroshis and its been fun learning how to play it and steamrolling through leveling and early mapps
