I stopped playing diablo a long time ago. I hated the paragon system and many other things.
Poe may well be the best arpg there is atm, but it is a single player game. Say about diablo what you will, but there was nothing better than mindlessly slaying demons with three other guys in multiplayer in greater rifts. I love Poe, but without some kind of party play there is something missing. Playing alone for a while is ok, but for christs sake its 2020, dont do a Poe 2.0 without a good multiplayer option. I have no idea how to do it, but an always online game without a good multiplayer mod is a relict of the past :( Last bumped on Mar 10, 2020, 6:27:07 AM

" Good thing we have "some kind of" party play in PoE, then. Sometimes, just sometimes, you should really consider adapting to the world, instead of demanding that the world adapts to you.

I heard people are playing Poe online...
Trading and rotations are multiplayer activities , ain't that right ? There is no one stopping you in POE to play with friends.. I play with mine, but it's hard to have someone play aura bot :))), for the obvious reasons. Though to be honest I enjoy mostly single player , I can play with friends and people from chat.... Check the leaderboard in towns to find parties for whatever you want. Never invite Vorana, Last To Fall at a beer party.

it has to be sarcasm right? right??? Just because GGG doesn't do anything about scammers, doesn't mean they support scammers.

I've missed the Diablo 2 type multiplayer aspect, except the shared loot.. Which game has more random parties doing endgame stuff, Diablo 3 or PoE?
I'm kinda set to play the next PoE League, but after that i might play either game if there's a working multiplayer community. |

this game punishes you for playing with random people and only rewards those people who coordinate their grouping experience.
i think ROTAs and group stuff would be improved with a simple change add more loot restriction options: i.e. map owner loot perma alloc. or perma alloc to a specific party member(s) with check boxes beside names the other problem of zoomers i dont know how to fix. Give a group a reason to move slower, as alot of gorups you have zoomers and then people just running to catch up and not contribute . i dont know how to solve this as the game rewards you for going faster. Have you seen the sun exile? THE TRUE SUN?

I've never understood the urge of playing with randoms/strangers. Playing with randoms is a pain in the ass. You don't know them, you don't know their goals nor their play styles.
People are better off joining a guild and getting to know people that way. Playing with people you know - and have them on Discord while playing, is a MUCH better experience than playing with randoms - in all games. I will never party up with anyone - in any games - without knowing them a little bit, and having them on coms. I don't think I'll ever see the point. And for God's sake, GGG - expand/improve your freakin' guild system. Sometimes, just sometimes, you should really consider adapting to the world, instead of demanding that the world adapts to you. Oh PoE is multiplayer.. just with a max party of 2 (or I dare say, 3)
