It is cute that they cast all spells manually but it will end up being automated (ASAP) to avoid the same clunky gameplay as mines where you have to press 2 buttons all the time to make the skill work, because tbh the way it works is pretty similar (in the shown clip).

So as a main skill (in their intended way = manually cast) not really that smooth and will get RSI inducing really fast.

Exactly, I have already planned Hiltless CWDT chieftain setup for it myself. Scolds birdle with mines will be stronger imo (blade burst and detonate mines on CWDT, bladefall mines manual throw like good old VD autominer).

Don't think scold's will work with mines since its mana reservation, not cost. At least it didnt' when i tried it.

Seriously, what the heck is this? Clears the whole screen and supports skills that are already top notch on their own? Is this the answer against the domination of minion builds?

I have the strong feeling POE is just following the WoW effect, by making numbers higher and higher instead of properly balancing skills. So if a specific build is too strong just realease another much stronger skill to force people to play something else. But this makes the whole game just a joke. One of POE's strength looking back was build diversity, skill gems every class could play and a big skill tree you could chose from what fit best your needs. But where is build diversity gone now? People are forced to play GGG's archtype builds every league and balancing the whole content around it. So you are just f***ed not playing it.

I think I will take a break until POE 2.0 will be released, because Metamorph was already a league that was just about if you got one shot or not. If builds are so strong that normally you kill everything the only way to stop you is to one shot the player. But this is not fun or challenging at all anymore. And the trailer of the new league with all the fog on the ground does not look like as if GGG learned much from the Metamorph black shit on the ground where you could hardly see anything going on.

Do I need to use Blade blast after each cast or can I cast bladefall multiple times and then detonate all the blades after?
