In what scenario do I want to not use flasks and get 20% movement speed out of that?

All I can think of is using that belt which applies flasks to minions instead, is that the only useful application for the newly spoilered cluster jewel?

Would be nice for all summoner builds which are generally not flask reliant other than life flasks! An extra 20% speed as your minions clear around you. Especially with the improved animate weapon minion skill.

Minion nerf anyone??

they could have easily removed metamorph as a failure and overewarding idea.

delyrium is a league that needs to get core later on, so thinking about playing standard makes more sense.

and this especially if you play so little that when finding a amazing cluster jewel you got no time to level a new char.
at least to me, delyrium seems a league for those who run 4 to 5 builds per league

I think we're a bit exaggerating now, indeed POE is GRIND but doesn't mean you cannot go through the end content in a season league. People keep complaining for too much content however I would like to remark which playing should be having fun..do what you most like! playing 2 hours per day average you can finish the end game bosses in 1month/1months and half.
What are you supposed to do with the remaining month and half?
If play less than 1h go standard and stop complaining.(not you, referred generally to people claiming to play 1h per day and not able to go through the league.

Imagine how much orb of regret will be worth

While Im looking forward to the Delirium League, I feel like now would have been a good time to run a Standard League for a few months. It would give people a chance to get a grip on all the recently added mechanics rather than this jumping from league to league forcing you to constantly move on to new mechanics. As it is, I welcome the changes to the Atlas and I think the idea of adding your own passives seems like a great way to increase build diversity.
