Yeah I think I see a similar decrease. I recall level 3 was like 1m a skeleton - it's about 600k now.

Funny enough, build is still mostly unchanged from 3.13 for now: left side of the sovereignty cluster solves the mana reservation issue and leaves 133 unreserved. Basalt flask replaced by a mana one.

Multistrike should probably be replaced since it's a 160% mana multiplier.

Ya, already had the mana nodes, -8 on ring and 70% on boots, and some on my jewels. Think everybody is gonna need to lose one of the reserved mana gems.
Multistrike for the big bosses and melee splash for everything else!

I'm planning to play a variant of this build in 3.15, with reaper in place of skeletons, and skeleton as a support minion (in place of zombie/carrion golem/spectre). Then some QoL stuff.


I too was thinking of purely support/clear skeletons with reaper. Wish reaper is decently strong.

I had meant swapping multistrike for a different support gem altogether since multistrike seems to be only a ~40% more multiplier now (more in line with the other gems) but costing 160% instead of 140% like the others. Damage on full life may be an alternative if mana is an issue, even if it is a bit weaker and less consistent.

Deadeye with rupture and tailwind, speaker's wrath and Null's/phantasm, might also be worth it with reaper. But if it doesn't I won't have a necro fallback build with deadeye.

Asmongold also said he will try it, so they might ninja buff it...

The problem with deadeye is having like 3k HP, even after taking everything close. IMO, only witch and templar are viable due to starting locations.

Possibly, but I doubt it to be honest. Even before the mana nerfs, we needed the 70% on boots (now 35%, seems to be -6 mana/second). Each cast costs ~30-35 mana more, and on top of that, triggered spells cost mana too. At least with the other flask nerfs, using a mana flask is less of an opportunity cost.

Waiting for Reaper analysis of players then maybe I could just drop this build completely and sell the items. Served me well with 3 leagues.
