I'm really impressed with the speed of updates and new skill gem additions. Please keep it up, this is great!
I like all of your patches but you should fix the desync problem. It makes people quit.
Some people will say desync is natural selection and other bullshit but i dont care.
Its really annoying to loose a character after spending days on it and its not your own fault.
This happened several times to me and i hate it.
There is a demand for new content for sure but its better to have 1-2 weeks (or how long it takes ) without new content, instead focusing on stability.
New content at the expanse of performance isnt worth it.
Pls work on the performance. I love your game.

Loot is a major issue that discourages groups because there's a timer. How often do you see ninjas waiting to get your loot instead of fighting? Grouping should be fun, but instead it feels like an intense session of focus and stay on the loot instead of focusing on killing creeps.

Also, a screen full of everyone's whites, blues, and grayed out items is too much clutter. Have you thought about just removing the ability to see and pick up others looks? As if the screen isn't bombarded with 6 player spell aoe effects, it's also full of items, I cannot even see anything except the ninjas standing by items waiting to ninja...

You get my point.
Desync is also a big problem.

What about being able to tell if enemies are still there? Admist all the spells and aoe and madness, I can't even tell if there are creeps still there.. Can you give an option to turn on monster health bars? Same for players.

I guess he means why we get regulary content updates but no "improved performance/reduced desyncs" updates regulary. For me, this would be also top priority over everythign else. But it really seems to be that GGG just does not make any progress in that parts. Is it really that hard to get a little bit more fluid gameplay, just a little bit at least? OK, it can be fluid and mostly lagfree but then you have to play without certain skills or just alone and especialy not a Summoner like I do (13 Skelletons, 9 Zombies and 3 spectres + 6 Auras do cost performance, that's for sure and maybe not avoidable).
But I'm sure there are enough tricks to press more performance out of the game. I have to disable Shadows completely when I play summoner, these complex shadows look nice but are way to "expencive" for this kind of game. And the simple ones just look ugly. Why not some additional simple blob shadows that cost nothing for example?
Or simplify the Aura effects, they also look way to complex and performance hungry, especialy when you stack Auras. There is no need to calculate every Aura effect completely, again a point to improve the performance alot.
Desync, lag and rubberbanding are more complex than that because even blizzard has some trouble with it in Diablo 3, also with certain skills, similar to PoE but not that bad to be honest.

I will finaly spent money in PoE (I really need a bigger stash ^^) when I see that the desyncs, lags vanish and overall performance is getting better. :)
But until then, I just wait and play very carefuly (every Map is a deadly risk at the moment).
I'm 2 points off top 20... time to work my ass off in getting those points now.

pls GGG never give the option for healthbars and other things like dmg numbers that pop up.

Being in college for computer programming gives me the insight to know that most of the desync and issues like that are most likely what you guys work on over the course of a month. These little updates with code from skill gems you guys had in the planning for a while don't take as much time as you guys think. They have half the code for most of these gems done due to the fact that they are Classes.

Good luck and great game, especially for beta.
