PS4 - Jun only giving a single encounter

Platform - PS4
Time this happened - 10-4pm EST
Error Message - No error message but the "mission complete" notification shows up 3 times in a row after completing a Jun mission.
Console Version - PS4 Standard.
Gamertag - Raghin

I have done two Jun master missions of tier 1 on tier 3 maps
and both times I obtained a research encounter
with no other encounters. I however did get a notification
3 times in a row stating I completed a mission encounter.

Please investigate.

this was changed in 3.6

Betrayal encounters can now spawn. As a reminder, as previously stated, when an area contains Betrayal, it will have a single encounter which will give the following tripled rewards (only in areas 68 and higher): the amount of experience received when you make a decision, the amount of items dropped from Bargain decisions, the amount of veiled items dropped by Syndicate members, Safehouse leaders contribution of intelligence towards the Mastermind and most Safehouse rewards.
They still get 3 encounters on pc? Also you get 3 'mission complete ' messages on ps4 after 1 encounter, which is odd.
Unless the mission is abandoned from get go. Or terrain generator is out of sync with your client, which is new one. Makes completing Jun missions even more rng based than before when you don't know if you can even get to try do it in first place. Oh joy.

That is so weird, but why though? The fact that this is also occurring in the BACKGROUND is extremely disconcerting.

All Jun progression atm is bugged and does not provide triple progression.

Please fix GGG asap so progression for Jun on console feels more smooth / visually show the gain.....

I tested on console, and I released my prisoners and it said I would gain 9 research intelligence, starting from 69, that would put me at 98% with a tripled reward. The result was 78%, which is a 1:1 increase which is what the PC community has.

Perhaps this tripling is bugged on console? Also it should never have been in the background, as that is super disorienting.

Hi all.
Just wanted to clarify how betrayal works on console.
In maps
- You get 1 encounter per map with Jun
- When making a decisions to betray/execute/interrogate/etc you get x3 amount of XP
- Betrayal targets drop 3 times the amount of veiled items.
- You get the same amount of intelligence towards the safehouse as you do on PC

In a safehouse
- Safehouse leader gives x3 amount of intelligence towards mastermind
- Safehouse rooms contain x3 amount of rewards (this means that the safehouse leader can have up to 6 chests in their room on console)

Mastermind rewards are identical to PC.

So in theory it should take you the same amount of maps to get to the mastermind on PC and on Console. And along the way you should get the same amount of rewards.
The board manipulation and strategy will be different but depending on your choices it can be even better than on PC.

Correct me if I am wrong though. Each mastermind intelligence gain is a 1:1 increase of safehouse progression.

And thankyou very much for responding.

For example: if I am at 20% safehouse progression and I interrogate someone for 3 turns with a yield of 3 intelligence per turn, which if tripled, would be at 47% intelligence after completing that interrogation correct? Not 29%, which is what it would be on PC for the same action, because the gain is 1:1 progression from intelligence in percentage. So if you say that that isn't being tripled, then it IS in fact slower than PC, which can have 3 encounters?

If interrogating a map encounter member only yields the same as PC then it would be slower, as that is again 3 interrogations minimum in a map on PC vs 1 on console if you only spawn 1 enemy in each encounter........

Please correct me if I am mistaken in my understanding or if that does sound like an oddity, please pass this on for testing and delegation.

And thankyou very much for responding

Yes, it takes you 3 times more maps with Jun to get to the safehouse on console but for each map you get triple rewards in map and when you get to the safehouse it will have triple rewards in it.

So, for the same amount of maps done on PC you can do 3 safehouses while on console you will only do 1 safehouse but the total amount of rewards will be the same.

P.S. the intelligence is tripled and then shown to the player. So you always know the correct amount of intelligence you'll get on console, there is no need to calculate anything on your side.

Off topic but related:

Twice now, once before the latest patch, and once today, I’ve used a Jun mission from my Hideout and no Syndicate mission spawned for the map. This is incredibly frustrating because it feels as if Jun (and Zana) missions are rewarded less than the others for completing maps and doubly so since the only other way to get extra missions is via prophecies (no scarabs, obviously). So, can you explain why this is happening? Is your team aware of this? I can upload a video if need be.
