Prefixes and suffixes on helms? Should i use an exalt?

So I just got the helm below and i want to use a exalt on it and hopefully get a armor prefix. My question is if there is a homepage or something where you can see the possible prefixes and affixes on specific items etc. What other prefixes that are not armor is there? Ofc there a chance i get a 3rd suffix aswell.

Oh I spent almot an exalt on this helm and I thought it was a fair price because of the chaos resistance but maybe it wasnt. I dont play that much so I dont really have a good handle on whats worth what to a precise account. Why shouldnt I exalt it?
