I have reddemed this with my twitch prime account ... it say redeemed but I don't received it... is it normal ?

Claimed these and got what appears to be two different MTX.
Looking through my MTX stash it seems I got a second Arcane Visage (already had 1) and the Steam-Powered Portal.

The portal looks awesome and while I'm really happy with it over some purple eyes, I felt like you (GGG) might want to be aware of this. Might also be why some people report that they havn't received the MTX - they just have different ones.
