[3.13] SIEGE BALLISTA HIEROPHANT Build > Iron Commander & 15 Ballistas! CHEAP LEAGUE STARTER!

I've seen several people complain that 3.14 killed this build. I am not seeing what would have. I am looking to start a new char, are these claims accurate or is this build still viable?

Build is still amazing. I league started ba ele like everyone else and it was a mistake lol. Got my totems running for substantially less currency and was melting t16s on a budget. I'm now quite a few exalts in this build again but melts all content. Although I can't attest to juiced t16 plus maps. I've pretty much been chisel, alc, vaal. Haven't had any issues in 60 percent deli maps I've found or any other content I've tried though. Just hit 97. I did however go the hyrries ire route this league vs wildwrap last league and specced into Acro/phase Acro.

Edit: the people complaining it's dead are the ones who were using beszerk for extra DMG etc. I completed maven last league and never used beszerk at all.

After a surprise HH drop, I might be thinking of making another char first (that could benefit more from HH), but I will definitely have a go with SB before the league is done.

I used the berserk setup in 3.13, sure, it's rip, but this build viable. Swap cold penetration with barrage support for uber bosses. I deleted all the content without problem in 3.14

Is there a way to add any clusters on this build or is it fine without?

not needed, since you are stacking dex

Thanks for answer :). Next question is why you have Careful Planning listed on final gear but it doesnt exist on PoB?. Is it needed and where to put it?

i think i used it for levelling probably, hard to remember

if u follow ur jewel sockets it goes fluid motion rain of splinters careful planning OR brawn or lab jewel, then fluid motion and timeless jewel over on the right

careful planning can be used to convert that ONE int node and it does make a diffence in the end

Great build and Super fun. Lvl 93 with 2k Dex mini-gunned down end game with 17 ballistas. Honestly feel like this is my new dedicated bosser, felt so smooth. Mapping is also very enjoyable and Trials weren't an issue at all. It's shocking how cheap most of the items are as well. Feel like they should be more expensive hahaha.

Only cautionary tail for others... if you are doing trials that can spawn trial master DON'T take the option where your projectiles go random places hahahaha. I was screwing around doing t14s picking random things to see what options were ok to run and while random projectiles was great for the waves.... man did it suck hard for Trial Master himself!

Only other thing was getting a jewel with cannot be hindered on it. Big quality of life for trials.
