(PoB doesn't show it) Without Runebinder you can only have 1 Brand active on an enemy, so it's 10% (in reality a bit less, because Surveillance already gives a damage taken debuff). Have you thought about using Thread of Hope (small radius) in the jewel slot where Rain of Splinters is? It gives access to Aspect of the Lynx, Weapon Artistry, Winter Spirit and 'Weapon Cold Damage', Forces of Nature, 'Bow Damage and Critical Strike Multiplier', and Silent Steps if you blind consistently. It also allows you to travel via the right side of the jewel slot instead of the left side, freeing up at least 2 skill points. It's a really strong ToH spot for attack-based cold builds. I need a serious help. I have a good equip (i think) but my damage is relly low (8 minutes and 3 death on the constrictor in t14), any tip for improve it? I don't know how i can optimize my equip for a great dps boost. The surv is pretty good for my level and maps are smooth but in a long fight on boss i die endless times (metamorphs is a PAIN).
