[3.13] Power Siphon/Kinetic Blast Poison Assassin - Very fast and tanky poison wander

Looking around for a build for the endless delve event. Considering the confined areas in delve... would this be a good build for that?

I rerolled from leaguestarter to this, got the VERY basic stuff, elder i83 wands arent even available yet, so apart from that, what should I upgrade next? Clear and survivability are there, single target isn't (ofc my gems arent leveled as well). Any cheap way to get despair?

Man!! I want this build with Lightning instead of poison :C

Yea the movement speed nerf will hurt a bit. Damage-wise, after getting flat chaos wands we barely lose anything, the issue will be with phys wands (e.g obliteration start) what lost a lot of damage.

I will update the guide today or tomorrow most likely.

Mostly because i did not wanted to make leveling super confusing by using too different skills, but I agree that EK is not ideal, ideally you want to use CA/TR until level 28 (for fastest leveling).

Build update

- Updated the build for PoE 3.13
- Replica Alberon build lost around 30-40% of damage, but it is still very strong and very viable
- Regular setup lost around 10% movement speed
- Regular setup lost around 10-20% damage (depends on if you were using phys or chaos wand, chaos wand lost less damage)
- Overll, the build was nerfed but should still be more than usable (and as bonus, we got slightly more early dodge from higher elusive effect)

Hey bro i tried this build out in standard with the starter variant and power siphone isnt doing any dmg .. no ramping at all .. what may be my problem.. the standard Character is KatKatUWU if u wannt look

This is very strange that the build doesn't receive much interest right now.

I played this build back in Heist and had a lot of fun with it, I did pretty much everything except some endgame boss.

I'm leveling it this league again because of the incredible clearspeed this build can bring with Kinetic Blast.
