I was excited to play this patch.
Now when i read patch notes i quit playing this game until 2.0. A little bit history, i have been playing summoner for 10 leagues and last league you overbuffed summoner for no reason, now you overnerf summoner, it is actually worse than before 3.8.0 patch. If you do not know what changes should do it is better to not do anything. |

Since 18PM i am downloading your patch. 13GB by Steam. And it will takes me next 3 houres. Not everyone has superior internet connecvtion. Too late | |

It said fortify now "multiplicative" in path notes. How much peoples know what is multiplicative? Fortify now less damage instead of reduced.
