Thanks for the build idea, retooled for Juggernaut made Delirium bearable.
Are there any Vaal skills I should be using for this build?
I haven't found any of them in the POB or the guide.

I'm now using Vaal Ancestral Warchief, but that skill recharges very quickly so I could squeeze in another Vaal skill.

For the helmet enchantment. There are 2 flavors:

10-15% of glacial hammer damage gained as extra cold damage
40% increased glacial hammer damage

Is there a big difference in damage? If yes, can you explain the difference?

The 15% one is much better, as you probably already have a lot of %increased dmg. 40% dmg is better than nothing though.
