I managed to get a fracture +1 to all spell skill gems on a wand but this would be my first time crafting something other than adding res from the bench to my gear.
Any chance you could explain to me how I can go about crafting everything else? Seems really hard to get +1 cold gems and then craft crit/multi and the rest without losing the +1 cold Also if someone has the time, what should I look towards to upgrade? " I doubt there will be, it's too niche. Maybe this is a simpler guide: 1. Buy a non-influenced ilvl 86 helmet with the FP projectile speed enchant already on it 2. Use a Redeemer Exalted Orb on it 3. Chaos spam it until you hit "Nearby Enemies have -9% to Cold Resistance" and exactly one other Redeemer mod. It may be easier to hit the target mod and garden craft a second Redeemer mod onto the item. Remember that you need T1 -cold resist! 4. Use a Maven orb on the item. This will elevate one of the two Redeemer mods and remove the other. You have a 50% chance to elevate -cold resist. 5. If you miss, go back to step 3 and repeat. If you hit, you must remove all Redeemer mods except -cold resist. 6. Buy a shaper helmet with "Nearby Enemies take 6% increased Elemental Damage", and exactly one other shaper mod. It may be easier to buy just that mod and garden craft a second shaper mod onto the item. Remember that you need T1 ele damage! 7. Use a Maven orb on the item. This will elevate one of the two Shaper mods and remove the other. You have a 50% chance to relevate %increased elemental damage. 8. If you miss, go back to step 6 and repeat. If you hit, you must remove all Shaper mods except %increased elemental damage. It's probably cheaper to buy the item than chaos spam in this case. 9. Right click an Awakener Orb on the elevated Shaper helmet, and left click to transfer that mod to the elevated Redeemer helmet (the one with the enchant) 10. You now have a helmet with two elevated mods on, and you can craft the rest as usual. " I deal with bleed with a jewel corrupt. There are corrupted bleeds and normal bleeds. The jewel can remove the former. The latter just don't do much damage, and you can life flask once and stand still for a second while they expire, if you even notice they exist. " Corrupted chest is obviously nice, but it's cheaper to do it yourself. An ilvl 45 through 79 Soul Mantle can have one of 17 corrupted mods, of which two are useful. So if you buy a load of them and vaal orb, you'll hit the corrupt yourself 1/34 times. If you temple double-corrupt, each one is a bit better than 1/17 to hit one of the corruptions you want. Alternatively, sometimes you can buy one already corrupted. Then you just have to six socket, colour, and six-link it with bench recipes. On average it costs 350 jewellers, 350 chromatics, 1500 fuses, and 2200 vaal orbs. I don't know the prices today, but about 10 days ago, that was ~14ex, close to your budget already. But, likely your best upgrade now is to get a double or ideally triple notable large cluster jewel, and then a second medium. The short answer is that it's a tradeoff for what matters most for you. E.g. clear speed, bossing speed, safety, play style, price, delving depth, place in the meta...
There are also a lot of builds that have enormous 'peak' DPS figures that can't be realistically sustained, so can't even really claim to have the clear or boss speed that they do. There is no one, best, build except when something has gone wrong with balancing - at that point, there'll be a nerf for next league. But I will say that at my DPS, Sirus @ 9 dies in perhaps two seconds in his final phase, and the Maven dies before she can spawn any map bosses. I kill all map bosses in well under a second. If someone had 10x my DPS it would make almost zero difference to boss killing speed - you aren't missing out. Last edited by NoImagination on Mar 2, 2021, 4:57:31 AM

Hi, quick question.
Frostbomb + Awakened Hextouch Support + frostbite + snipers mark - with this setup we avoid manual casting our 2 curses + we can anoint amulet with something else. Is it worth? Any reason to not do this? (Arcane surge in flame dash in this case) |
