Life on hit doesn´t work with Frostbolt or Ice Nova, it´s a wasted stat for us. Also I´m trying a version of this build, I´m level 90, have good clear speed but bad survivability, any advices please?

I know I have to get more str and dex from gear, that my gems are unlevelled and that my anoint is wrong. Working on that. But even if that were fixed, I'd still die instantly.
