Fractal Thoughts has comparable amount of life/ES/damage, and it's not that rare.

This is part of hidden passives which you can get by anointing an amulet.

All of them add extra damage ("body" attack, "mind" damage, "soul" spell damage) in % of increases life\mana\es.

"Transfiguration of body" for example: increases and reductions to maximum life also apply to Attack damage, with 30% efficiency.

Means +209% total elemental resistance on a single ring

Because they are removing shper+elder, influence items will be rare (expect exalts for bases). this way, we get more slots for DPS to compensate.

Yyyy what? Besides couple modes all shaper and elder mods are being transferred over to new bases, new mods are being added (you seen tailwind on boots at e-con?) and we are getting 4 new slam currencies that are specific to new bases/mods. Sorry, but no, removing shaper/elder have nothing to do with metamorph stuff.

I agree that some stuff will be more expensive, but it will be rather shaper/elder specific drop like Shroud/Touch/Vigil/Starforge/Voidforge or even rings, than bases. Shaper and elder encounters will be way more rare, so logically these things will be more expensive.
